Agreement to terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using RepairFlow Web, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RepairFlow for a shop or business, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service for that business.
Service description
RepairFlow is a repair shop management service for tracking customers, repair tickets, inventory, device purchases and sales, POS sales, invoices, receipts, staff access, and shop settings across web and mobile surfaces.
The web app is currently in beta. Features, limits, imports, reports, and mobile parity may change as we improve reliability and workflow coverage.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, shop, staff, customer, inventory, tax, and transaction information.
- Keep login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Invite only appropriate staff and remove access when staff leave the business.
- Use RepairFlow only for lawful business operations and customer-service workflows.
- Maintain any external legal, tax, accounting, warranty, or compliance records your business is required to keep.
Your shop and customer data
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into RepairFlow. You grant RepairFlow permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' information, including names, phone numbers, device identifiers, issue descriptions, photos, repair notes, invoices, and receipts.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another shop's data or bypass role-based access controls.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to process.
- Do not use RepairFlow to send spam, abusive messages, or unlawful customer communications.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell, or misuse the service.
Beta availability and accuracy
RepairFlow Web is provided as a beta service. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every workflow will match the mobile app at all times during beta.
Shops are responsible for reviewing generated documents, totals, tax presentation, warranty terms, and exported records before relying on them for business, tax, or legal purposes.
Payments and subscriptions
Web beta access may be free, trial-based, or manually approved while the product is in beta. If paid plans are introduced or changed for web, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented before payment is required.
Support, export, and deletion requests
For support, data export help, account deletion requests, or privacy questions, contact support@repairflow.app. Some requests may require identity or shop-owner verification before we can act.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as RepairFlow Web changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page and may require renewed consent where appropriate.
